  26. To get multiple copies of image sequences with different frame
  27. offsets, simply capitalize different letters of the same image
  28. sequence each time you load it. Layout treats upper case and lower
  29. case letters the same when loading file names, so:

  32. Imagesequence
  33. imageSequence
  34. imagesequence
  35. iMageSequence
  36.  
  37. all use the same image sequence, one copy on the disk drive. But,
  38. since they are capitalized differently, you can have different frame
  39. offsets for each one.

  66. I would suggest that you develop some good examples on some of the new
  67. features available to animators: bones, expressions, constraints, using
  68. motion curves, motion capture, etc.  These are usually not covered in 
  69. most
  70. books, and those that actually do, are quite outdated.

  72. I would be very much interested to see a book showing the latest 
  73. technical
  74. improvements in 3D, but from an artist or user point of view.  I would 
  75. not
  76. care if the tutorials or suggestions were for Alias, Softimage, 3D Studio
  77. Max, LW, or whatever.  From my past experience, I've seen that most
  78. tutorials can be ported quite easily from one software to another.  Even
  79. when you cannot, because your software lacks some feature, you have
  80. already gained the knowledge of how to do it in the future (when you use 
  81. a
  82. more advanced package, or when the feature finally gets implemented in 
  83. the
  84. one you use today).
